What currency are the item prices in?

All prices listed in Our Shop are in Australian dollars (AUD$).

 

I haven't received my order yet, what is going on?

Each delivery is sent by Australia Post eParcel and is allocated a unique tracking number for your convenience.  You can then track your orders either through our order tracking link or by visiting www.auspost.com/track. For further information on tracking your order, please visit Australia Post at https://contactus.auspost.com.au

In metropolitan areas, deliveries can be expected between 1-3 working days after your order is placed. Rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destination may take a little longer therefore if in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

If your order has not been delivered 7 days after placing it, please feel free to contact us on orders@1961coffee.com.au

 

How do I get my tracking number?

We will email you with your tracking number as soon as it is issued and your package has been dispatched through 1961Coffee headquarters. Please check your junk mail folder if our email hasn’t appeared in your inbox.
